Ordering

We've tried to make ordering as easy as possible.  Just visit the Online Gallery, and when you see a  photo that you would like to purchase, click the thumbnail to enlarge the photo, then select the size you would like in the lower right corner of the photo and click the "Add to Cart" button.  You'll be taken to PayPal's secure ordering server. You can pay with all major credit cards in the online gallery.  To pay by check, contact me with your contact information (Name, Address, Phone, Email), and I'll contact you to take your order by phone.
Multiple Items - If you're ordering more than one item, then once you click the Buy Button, you can close that browser window to return to my site and shop some more.  The shopping cart will keep track of the products you've ordered, and you can always add or remove items once you are on the PayPal payment page. 

Shipping
All art is shipped via UPS 2-Day, and shipping within the US starts at a rate of $18.00 for one 8x10 print.  I cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  Once your order is shipped, I will email you your Tracking Number.

International Orders and Shipping

I cannot ship internationally (yet) for online purchases.  If you live outside the USA and want to place an order, please contact me to place your international order.  Email me your name, phone number, and best time to call, and I will call you back to place your order.

 

Framing

I do not personally handle framing of artwork.  If you are in the New Orleans area, I recommend New Orleans Darkroom for framing services.  In other cities, try the search engines to find a frame shop in your area. 

Corporate Orders

Corporate and high-volume orders are available under certain conditions.  Please contact Nathalie to discuss your needs. 


Returns

Sometimes, no matter how careful I am, someone mishandles packages and damages the product en route.   Or maybe you've gotten the wrong item mistake. I want happy customers and I can best help you if you follow our return policy.

RETURN FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE  All orders are handled and packaged to ensure their safe and sound arrival. If your package is received with external damage, please refuse shipment unopened citing the damaged packaging. This will ensure immediate replacement of your order or refund. If you open your package and find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify me immediately. 


RETURN FOR WRONG ITEM If you decide that your purchase simply isn't right, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt.  I will issue refunds or a credit for goods returned in the original packaging in sale-able condition. Please contact me in advance of returning the item, and please return it using the original packaging when shipping.


After 30 days, merchandise may be refunded with purchase credit on a case-by-case basis. 
Please be sure to have this information when requesting a return: order number, item description, shipping addressee name.
